Trailglass Support

Trailglass is a native macOS app for reading and inspecting local AI-agent session logs. Version 1.0.0 is being prepared for testing; public App Store release is not yet available.

Describe what happened, what you expected, and the steps to reproduce it. Include your app and macOS versions if helpful. Please remove credentials, private conversations, and personal data from any examples. Logs are not uploaded automatically.

Getting started

Use File → Load Sample Session to explore without sharing private logs. To inspect your own sessions, choose a file or authorize a source folder in the app. Browse focuses on readable conversation; Research exposes details and Raw JSON.

Optional support purchases

Help → Support Trailglass offers two repeatable tips and a one-time Supporter badge. All session-inspection features remain free. Restore Purchases restores the badge for the same Apple Account; consumable tips cannot be restored. StoreKit supplies the price in your storefront.
